Alto-Shaam, the inventor of the revolutionary Cook and Hold Oven, has had a longstanding relationship with Charlie the Butcher. He is famous in Buffalo, NY and beyond for his signature sandwich, the "Beef on Weck." CI Design produced a video for Alto-Shaam about consistent quality using three parallel narratives: the story of Alto-Shaam, the relationship story of meat and oven, and the story of compelling character Charlie the Butcher and his loyal customer base.
