Brand Story Alignment Workshop, Marketing Strategy, Video Production

Wisconsin Lutheran College (WLC) was looking to engage high school students, existing WLC students and the community-at-large. CI Design was invited in to help them develop a stronger, more compelling brand story and experience, which was then translated into a new messaging guide for use in all marketing efforts. We also developed personas and provided customer experience and customer journey mapping to help them craft a more effective marketing strategy and achieve their new goals.

The end result? A video that went on to receive more views and engagement than any other video in WLC's history, and a significant bump in enrollment the following year.
