This new website needed to eliminate confusion and create a crystal-clear user experience for each distinct group.
CID led Cielo's team through a discovery process to gain valuable insights into the organization, website goals, and target audiences. The strategy and user experience teams collected additional information from stakeholders around the world to learn how a re-imagined website could best serve region-specific needs. The refreshed site provides now visitors with distinct user experience paths and a modern, easy-to-navigate layout that helps them find the information they need quickly.
