For the 6th consecutive year, CID has been honored with a Milwaukee Business Journal Best Place to Work Award in the Small (25 - 49) Company category.
This year, of about 2,000 that submitted for the award 160 companies earned the recognition. To receive the award organizations must meet certain criteria as indicated by the results of an employee survey. The questions span topics including overall job satisfaction, trust in management, work-life balance, and opportunity for career growth, among others.
“Our ANA, Emmy, Telly, and other awards are all wonderful recognition of our work. But the Best Place to Work award is extra meaningful to me because it comes from our employees themselves,” said CID’s Executive Creative Director and CEO Jim Taugher.
