We could go on, but the point is that our Account Executive + Project Manager, Mackenzie Stange (rhymes with “sang”), contains multitudes and is extremely generous in letting the rest of us give her goofy nicknames reflecting that. She’s also inquisitive, organized, calm, and a repeat champ in CID’s food-based contests back when that was still a thing — basically all you could ask for in an Account Exec + Project Manager & colleague. One piece of advice to someone starting in my field is...
Put yourself in someone else's shoes. If you're presenting a problem, see if you can anticipate the questions that may be asked and offer as many answers, solutions, and options as possible. Don't be afraid to recommend a path forward.
You might not always be able to predict what people will ask, and that's ok, but trying to think ahead will help get to a solution sooner.
