Associate SEM Specialist
Our ideal candidate is able to demonstrate proficiency in SEO and PPC strategy and execution, account management, and has the ability to collaborate with all members of the search marketing department to continually deliver and grow a successful program.
Assume account and team support activities as designated by SEM team lead
Execute search programs, including search engine optimization and PPC advertising
Perform data analysis of key metrics to identify, recommend and implement changes for increasing the performance of client SEO and SEM programs
Research and stay current on industry best practices and trends
Help develop and maintain digital search best practices, and promote digital search optimization techniques
Create and maintain positive client relationships and communicate program results
Interface with other team members to share ideas, communicate service offerings and to identify opportunities
2+ years active experience working in a client facing SEM/SEO role
Understanding of search engine optimization and pay-per-click advertising strategies and best practices
Experience with tools of the trade Google Analytics, Adwords, Bing Ads or similar
Excellent written and verbal communication skills – experience in creating, composing and writing ad based copy
Must be comfortable presenting analytics findings in person
Good interpersonal, communication and relationship building skills
Account Management, presentation, and client communication experience
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Detail oriented, systematic and organized
Self-starter with the ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple obligations and meet deadlines
